Why a Personal Trainer?

Do you find the gym environment intimidating? You are not sure which exercises are best for you? You don’t see progress? You have weight fluctuations? You feel demotivated? You have no energy to exercise? 

Sounds familiar?

Hiring a personal trainer will give you the encouragement and motivation you may need. You also have a sense of accountability. But it is more than that. You can get nutritional tips to changes your habits and learn how to make better food choices. It would also help you to set realistic goals and design a personalised programme. You will be taught how to use proper technique which will boost your confidence for when you workout at the gym. You will create a new routine, be more consistent with your training and will finally get to see results. Once you do, it may become addictive.

My goal as a Personal Trainer is to help you become stronger, happier and more confident. Accompany you and make your workout more fun and enjoyable to have long term results. Don't forget, it is a journey to be enjoyed fully to last.

Sessions can be done in our private studio, in the comfort of your home, or at local parks (in Marlow). Online sessions can be arranged too. Contact us for more information.

CIRCUITS

Get a full body workout, while keeping it fun and challenging. All fitness levels welcome. 

HIIT/BOOTCAMP

Get a very effective/high intensity workout, using a variety of equipment or bodyweight exercises. Keeping it challenging, innovating and fun.

ANTE & POST NATAL

A fun full body workout adapted to the different stages of your pregnancy. Alternatives offered for each exercises to get the most out of it, while safe for mum and baby. 

CORE/ABS

Core strenghtening is paramount to prevent injuries and increase performance. This class offers a variety of exercises focusing on core. All fitness levels welcome.
